The Supervisory Board of the Fund
The activities of each Fund, managed by the company that controls the Supervisory Board of the Fund, which is created for each Fund from among its investors (their representatives) to monitor compliance with regulations and preservation of assets of the Funds. Supervisory Board approves the decisions taken by the Board of Directors of the AMC.
